Great question! Hiring a full-time senior designer can be quite expensive, costing over $100,000 per year, plus benefits. It can also be challenging to find the right fit. Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, resulting in paying for idle time.
With our monthly plan, you have the freedom to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for design services when you actually have work.
No limits at all! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests as you want to your queue. We’ll work through them one by one.
We strive to deliver designs promptly. On average, most requests are completed within 48 hours. However, more complex projects may take a bit longer.
We’ve made it super easy for you! You can request designs directly through Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a quick video briefing using Loom. Whatever method works best for you, we’re here to accommodate.
No worries at all! We’re committed to your satisfaction. We’ll keep revising the design until it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
Not a problem! Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription until you have additional design needs. We want you to get the most value from your subscription.
We understand that design needs can vary. If you need a break or have fewer requests, you can easily pause your subscription.
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, you’ll still have 10 days of service remaining to be used whenever you need them.
At Design Angel, you’ll work directly with me, the Founder and Creative Director, or our senior designer. We also collaborate with trusted partners for specialized requests like brand strategies, website development, or custom illustrations.
We primarily use Adobe design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and After Effects.
For presentation slides and social media graphics, we also work with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
We’ll share all the design files with you through Dropbox and manage projects and communication using Trello.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to the high-quality nature of our work. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or revisions needed.
I can summarize my experience with Pik in two words, ‘expectations exceeded’.
