ESTEAMD

ESTEAMD is a community built for women in STEAM who are navigating career transitions, burnout, and moments of uncertainty. Founded by Donna Creason, a content and strategic communications consultant, ESTEAMD helps women gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they move through different stages of their professional and personal lives.

The Challenge (Before)

Despite years of experience and a successful consulting business, Donna felt something wasn’t clicking.

  • Brand disconnect:
    Her existing brand looked polished but didn’t fully connect with the audience she wanted to reach.
  • Unclear focus:
    She came in expecting to rebrand her consulting business, not realizing her deeper passion lay in building a women-in-STEAM community.
  • No foundation for the new idea:
    The community existed conceptually, but without a name, identity, or positioning.
  • Internal tension:
    She was torn between scaling a proven, revenue-generating business and committing to a mission-driven project she cared more deeply about.

To support Donna through both clarity and execution, the process focused on direction first, then building the brand ecosystem around it.
