Amanda Hoffmann

Amanda Hoffman is a coach, consultant, and public speaker who works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and personal growth. With years of experience across consulting and speaking, Amanda helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity, identity, and change. When she joined Brand Brave Launch, she was in the middle of redefining how she showed up professionally and how her work was represented online.

The Challenge (Before)

Even though Amanda had already started building a personal brand, it still wasn’t landing the way she wanted.

  • Overcomplicated structure:
She was originally trying to manage multiple brands and services, but realized it was “way too complicated,” so she decided to rebrand under her own name instead.
  • Brand disconnect:
After working with a company to build her website, she felt like “none of it was hitting,” describing the result as “bland and kind of gross.”
  • DIY branding that lacked cohesion:
She used online logo makers and ChatGPT to generate a brand book (colors, voice, taglines, audience feeling), but she didn’t feel it was high quality.
  • Concern about speed vs. quality:
The two-week timeline sounded exciting, but she worried it might be “too fast for good quality” at first.

The Transformation (After)

Brand Brave Launch gave Amanda clarity, structure, and confidence to move forward quickly.

  • Confidence in the process:
Once she saw the pre-work, her concerns about speed disappeared because it felt extensive, thorough, and structured.
  • Sharper clarity through pre-work:
She described the pre-work as “the value,” because it helps clients get “hyper clear” on things they might not be clear on.
  • Stronger focus and direction:
The audience map made a “hundred percent” difference, especially because she used to avoid narrowing down her core audience.
  • Immediate implementation:
She started using the logos and branding right away and submitted the full package to her website designers.

Our Approach

To support Amanda through both clarity and execution, the process focused on guided structure, strategic challenge, and fast delivery.

  • Clarity first through pre-work:
Instead of jumping straight into visuals, the process began with deep pre-work that created strong alignment and removed doubt about the final quality.
  • Strategic pushback (not yes-manning):
Amanda valued that Pik challenged ideas, pushed back thoughtfully, and came into conversations with a clear perspective.
  • Focused deep work with PikPal:
The AI assistant helped her stay on track, preventing the common spiral that happens when brainstorming becomes too open-ended.
  • Patient guidance through complexity:
As someone newer to branding language and jargon, Amanda appreciated the clear explanations and supportive coaching throughout the process.

The Results

The new brand gave Amanda confidence, clarity, and real momentum to move forward immediately.

  • Fast execution:
She delivered the brand assets to her website designers and kept moving forward without waiting or second-guessing.
  • Clearer audience direction:
The audience work helped her stop avoiding the hard decisions and finally get clarity on who she is speaking to.
  • High satisfaction with the output:
She rated the experience a “9,” and felt the work was strong enough to use right away.
  • A meaningful experience:
Beyond the deliverables, she described the process as “really special” and deeply impactful on a personal level.
